Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Robert Macu, Zillestraße 2A, 60488 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, email: securobity@proton.me) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website (https://podiumwar.com/ie/widerruf). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Calculation and early expiry

The proportionate amount is based purely on time: amount paid × (hours elapsed from conclusion of the contract until cancellation ÷ guaranteed hours of the selected price tier, at most 720). Clicks, processing deductions or minimum amounts are not taken into account.

The right to cancel expires early if we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once the contract had been fully performed by us. The service is fully performed once the guaranteed hours of the price tier (at most 720) have elapsed since conclusion of the contract.

Fastest way: you can declare cancellation directly via your personal link from the confirmation email. The refund is then calculated and initiated automatically straight away.
