Podium War is a public ranking for . No random element, no draw, no hidden weighting. Your rank follows from the current ranking value of your entry: initially the amount you paid, reduced step by step by value decay outside the podium (see below). The first three spots (the podium) are protected for a guaranteed minimum duration, and you can have the unused share refunded at any time.
This is how much more than the current top price you need to take rank 1. Example: if the top price falls in the row "From X €", you need at least X € plus the markup next to it for rank 1. Any lower amount can still be chosen freely and is placed behind automatically.

These rules keep the ranking current and give newcomers access to the podium too, instead of one early payment blocking a place permanently.
No. You buy a visibility service: there is no prize of any kind, no winnings and nothing beyond the placement purchased. All rules are published in advance and are deterministic, with no element of chance and no draw. Refunds are never higher than the amount you paid yourself and come only from us, never from other users' payments.
Anything that is not unlawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Expressly prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, chat and invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar), sexual content, link shorteners and any other unlawful offers. The same applies to a logo image. An automatic filter blocks obvious cases before payment. If a breach is established after review, we remove the entry without a refund and tell you the reasons (clause 9 of the terms).
It depends on where your entry stands. If you are displaced from the podium (rank 1 to 3) while your guarantee is running, you get an email and decide yourself: keep the entry running (it stays active and visible) or exit early via your personal link and get the unused share back. If you are outside the podium, your entry also stays active and visible, only the regular value decay continues. To move back up, top up via your personal link or buy a new entry.
Your payment secures a minimum duration on the podium, depending on the amount paid, at most 720 hours (30 days). If someone displaces you with a higher payment before it is used up, you get an email and decide yourself: keep running, or exit early via your personal link and get the unused share back (minus 10%, at most €2.00; below €1.00 no refund). You can see your current status live at any time via your personal link.
Because clicks measure how much visibility has actually reached you. Getting a lot of clicks quickly means receiving the service faster. That is why a click share counts alongside time (see "How the ranking works"), and the 30-minute grace period shortens with the first clicks. There is no claim to a particular number of clicks. As long as click counting in a country is not classified as reliable, only time counts.
Yes. If your entry is removed through value decay without having received a single click during its entire time on the board, you automatically get a pro-rata refund: amount paid × (remaining time in the window below the podium ÷ length of this window). The window is twice as long as the guaranteed hours of your price tier, at most 60 days. Deduction 10%, at most €2.00; below €1.00 no refund. The payment goes to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
That was our first approach. Without a fixed time cap, delivery in low-traffic countries could have taken months, which would not have been a serious guarantee. So we combine a fixed hourly safety net with a click share: getting a lot of clicks quickly means receiving the visibility faster, getting few means staying protected up to the full number of hours. A click on your entry counts, not a mere page view.
Through your personal referral link you earn a commission whenever someone else pays using it: currently 10% of the amount paid, frozen when your code is created (a later change to the rate only applies to newly created codes). If the payer uses the same email address as the code's creator, no commission is generated (self-referral block, a silent fallback with no error shown). If the underlying payment is later refunded in whole or in part through a displacement refund, your commission shrinks in the same proportion (net, not gross) – never more than what actually remained with us. Your commission only becomes payable 30 days after the payment is received; payout is currently manual, on request. Participating also requires agreeing to the separate partner terms at /partner, in particular the duty to disclose paid promotion when advertising publicly for commission (see Terms, section 7).
The entire payment process runs through Stripe as the payment service provider. We never see or store your card details: Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and processes the payment directly.
Yes, as a consumer for 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Because your entry goes live immediately, you agree when paying that we start performance before then. If you cancel, you get the amount paid back minus an amount proportional to the time for the service provided up to then, with no fee and no minimum. The fastest way is your personal link, otherwise the cancellation form. Details in the cancellation information.
Our user and ranking data is held in a data centre in Frankfurt (EU). Third-party providers we use (payment processing, email delivery) may process data outside the EU as well, safeguarded through their data processing agreements, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and in some cases certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as GDPR provides for third-country transfers.
Your entry stays visible as long as the country is live and it hasn't been removed by value decay: there's no fixed expiry date and no limit on the number of spots. On the podium (rank 1-3) it's protected from value decay. If it drops to rank 4 or lower, a gradual loss of value begins; if it stays there permanently, its value keeps falling until it's automatically removed below €0.50 (details above under "How the ranking works").
As long as your entry is on the podium (rank 1 to 3), its value stays unchanged. If it drops to rank 4 or lower, a 7-day countdown starts. When it runs out, the entry automatically loses value (20% below €1, 10% below €10, 5% below €1,000, 1% from €1,000) and the countdown starts again. If your entry's value is below 5% of the current top price (the value of #1), the countdown shortens to 2 days. Example: at a top price of €500 this threshold is €25, so an entry worth €1 loses value every 2 days instead of every 7. Example for the normal 7-day case: €50 becomes €47.50 after the first expired countdown and about €45.13 after the second. If the value falls below €0.50, the entry is removed. If it never received a single click during its entire time on the board, you then automatically get a pro-rata refund, otherwise not. Everything is based purely on time, rank and price and is the same for all entries, with no element of chance. This rule keeps the ranking current and gives newcomers access to the podium. Before you pay, the form shows an estimate of how many days you would hold a position outside the podium at the current decay rate.
Only in two ways: either your entry is on the podium (rank 1 to 3), where it is fully protected from decay. Or you top up via your personal link: that resets the countdown and moves you back towards the podium. You can do that at any time. There is no way to pause decay without paying again.
From a certain board size onward, a small zone of entries in the lower price range (outside the podium) is shown slightly blurred, a purely visual rank signal. Name, price, logo, and click count remain fully visible, and the position and target link stay unchanged and clickable. Which entries are affected depends purely on rank and price, no random element.
