Quick formulas
The compressed version: the formulas, without the full legal wording. For definitions and the complete terms, see the full Rules page and the Terms of Service.
What you are actually paying for
- The product: a guaranteed minimum time in a visible ranking spot for your country, scaled to what you pay. Higher payment = higher spot.
- What a click is NOT: a unit you buy. It is a measurement of delivered attention, used only to work out how much of your already-paid guarantee has been used up. You are never billed per click, and no click count is promised in either direction.
- No randomness: rank is decided purely by the amount paid, compared to other entries. No draw, no chance element, nothing games-of-chance law would touch.
Rank
- Highest current value wins rank 1. Equal value: the older entry stays ahead.
- Outbid at any rank? Your entry stays active and visible, it just moves down.
- Taking rank 1 costs a markup over the current top price (leader protection, table below) — a lower amount is still enough further down.
Podium protection and decay
- Rank 1–3 (podium): value is fully protected, no decay. If a countdown was already running when you reached the podium, it is frozen exactly where it stood, not reset — leaving and re-entering the podium never grants a fresh cycle.
- Rank 4+: a countdown starts (7 days normally, 2 days if your value is below 5% of the current top price). When it expires: −20% below €1, −10% below €10, −5% below €1,000, −1% from €1,000 up. Below €0.50, the entry is removed.
- Removed by decay with literally zero clicks in its entire lifetime? Automatic pro-rata refund, no claim needed (same formula and caps as the self-claim below, just doubled time window and triggered for you).
Refund, self-claim (any time, via your personal link)
consumed % = time used % + attention used %(capped at 100%). Time used % is your elapsed time against your guaranteed hours, after a short grace period that shrinks the more clicks you get early on. Attention used % is your clicks against your guaranteed click figure.refund = price paid × (1 − consumed %)- Processing fee: 10% of the refund, capped at €2.00 — waived if you already received a refund on the same entry within the last 48 hours. Minimum payout: €1.00; below that, nothing is paid out.
Statutory 14-day withdrawal (instead of the self-claim above)
- Purely time-proportional, no clicks, no grace period, no fee:
refund = price paid × (1 − elapsed hours ÷ guaranteed hours), capped at 720 guaranteed hours. - Only within 14 days of payment, and only while your entry has not since been topped up.
- Usually pays out more than the self-claim above, because there is no fee and no clicks reduce it.
Worked examples
| Scenario | Refund | Fee | You get |
|---|---|---|---|
| €10.00 paid, claimed after 30 min, 0 clicks | €10.00 (still inside the grace period) | €1.00 | €9.00 |
| €1,000.00 paid, claimed after 2 hours, 0 clicks | €999.57 | €2.00 (fee cap) | €997.57 |
| Same €10.00 case, but via the 14-day statutory withdrawal instead | €9.97 | €0.00 | €9.97 |
| €40.00 paid, rank 4+, one full decay cycle (7 days), never re-entered the podium | New value: €38.00 (−5% bracket) | ||
These use the current formulas and default constants (30-minute nominal grace period, 5-click grace target, 10% fee, €2.00 fee cap, €1.00 minimum payout). Exact figures for your own entry are always shown live via your personal link.
